Nebula Insights is a sports analytics platform that provides:

• Real-time and historical sports betting odds aggregated from multiple US sportsbooks
• Line movement tracking and visual analytics
• Arbitrage and middle opportunity detection
• Historical odds data and trend analysis
• Sports model outputs and predictive analytics (where available)

The Service is currently in beta. Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time without notice.

3. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

All content provided by Nebula Insights — including odds comparisons, line movement data, model predictions, analysis, and any other information — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Gambling advice or betting tips
• A solicitation to place any wager or bet
• A guarantee of any outcome or edge

Past performance of any model, system, or betting approach is not indicative of future results. Historical win rates, cover percentages, and model accuracy figures are provided for analytical context only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this platform.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any data or content from the Service for commercial purposes
• Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where sports betting data aggregation is prohibited

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, data visualizations, and analytics systems on Nebula Insights are the intellectual property of Nebula Insights or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

Odds data displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party providers and publicly available sportsbook feeds. This data is aggregated and transformed for display purposes.

6. Beta Access

Nebula Insights is currently in beta. During this period:

• The Service is provided free of charge
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Data may occasionally be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable
• We may terminate or suspend beta access at our discretion
• We may transition to a paid model in the future; you will be notified in advance

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate, real-time odds and analytics, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data on the platform. Odds may differ from what is available at any given sportsbook at any given moment.

Always verify odds directly with your sportsbook before placing any bet. Nebula Insights is not responsible for any discrepancies between data shown on our platform and what is offered by sportsbooks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebula Insights and its operators, affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting decisions made using information from our platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or profit
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds data or model outputs
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during free beta, is zero).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Jurisdiction and Compliance

Sports betting is regulated differently across jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Nebula Insights complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions in your location. Do not use this platform if sports betting data analytics tools are restricted or prohibited where you live.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
